All of our titles are available for sale in our online bookstore through PayPal. Orders placed between now and December 13, 2009, should arrive before christmastime; we'll continue to fulfill orders through December 18, but those won't be guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays unless expedited shipping is requested in the comments section at checkout.

Our titles are also available for sale at a number of our favorite independent bookstores around the US; we keep a constantly updating list of locations here.

Shipping is $2 for one book, $2.50 for two, $3 for three, and free for four or more books. For rush orders that cannot wait 5 - 9 business days, please contact us directly.

If you'd like to add gift-wrapping for $1, please also note this in the Comments field on the Checkout page; it won't be itemized on your receipt, but it will be added to the order total.
